Default What you bought that your kids really love?

3 things my 2 year old DS probably loves the most are: 1. sand pit 2. art easel & blackboard & whiteboard all in one thingie 3. wooden train track with Thomas trains.

The wooden train track I just bought recently from Kmart - $25 for an 80 piece set and he plays with it every single day for ages and ages.

Thomas train set was what my ds loved at that age, particularly the electric (battery operated) trains that run on the wooden tracks. As he got older he enjoyed the more complex tracks, bridges, etc and 3 is a great age to add those to a collection. I love Thomas (and cheaper brand) wooden trains & track as it's a small or big present, depending on your budget and it can grow as the child does and be added to with each birthday/Christmas.
