Default Lunch ideas that don't need fridge/microwave!

Hi I start TAFE tomorrow and I need ideas for some healthy lunches I can take that are easy to carry and won't go bad not being in a fridge for a few hours. I am on a diet at the moment and have been using fat blaster shakes which I like, but I don't really like drinking them around other people so need a healthy easy lunch idea!

Salads , Rice, potato, tabouli, pasta, 3 bean and tuna etc
    Salad wraps
    Sandwiches
    Small Tin baked beans
    Cup of soups
    Fruit salad
    Yogurt
    Vegie sticks and hummus
    Pizza scrolls
    Zucchini slice
    Mini quiches
Left over pasta such as pasta shells and bolognaise sauce
Just keep an ice brick or gel pack and pack it in an insulated bag to keep cool.
Kmart has cheap lunchbags and icebricks

I'm back at TAFE and am on a weightloss mission as well.
I usually keep it simple and boring.
    Morning tea: fruit
Lunch: salad. I try to avoid carbs but you could have a sandwhich, wrap, roll, etc.
Afternoon tea: some almonds and brazil nuts.
I don't find anything spoils but you could always use an insulated lunch bag/box and ice bricks as pp said.

On the days I needed something quick for work lunch I'd grab one of the tuna tempter cans, and a couple of rice or corn cakes to have it on.
Avocado is good on it too!
