Welcome BrooklynA, I'm in the exact same boat..ds turns 3 in may..he happened straight away which I thought may be the case with ttc#2..but its been over half a year and nothing..and even if I tell myself I'm not going to get worked up and think of it this month I always do..it drives you mad doesn't it. Have you tried opk's or charting your temperature? I know lots of ppl do this and I was going to try the temp thing this month but kept getting up before remembering to each morning. Wishing you all the best and hope you get your number 2 soon

Hi mummacat i know exactly what your saying you don't want to get frustrated and annoyed but you just can't help it! I used opks this month and thought I had timed it perfectly but that wasn't the case... I'm thinking I will start a good victim an this month and just try to relax a bit more ... I hope you get your positive soon

It can be a bit depressing if you dwell on it too much. We've been timing it right for 6 months and no BFP to show for it. Not fair when DD was a surprise! But every month we're determined to be positive so I'm hoping this one's ours!

Good luck Mummakat! Hope the TWW doesn't drag on too much.

Hi ladies can I join? Dd will turn 3 in august and we have been off bc since last July. It's so hard this time around as dd was a pleasant surprise. When I was pregnant I had a bunch of friends who all had children the same year. Every single one of them has either had their second or is currently pregnant with their second, and they all decided to try for number 2 and then fell within a few month's. It's very depressing that I'm having to see all these beautiful bumps and babies around me.

Sending lots of baby dust to us all x

Thanks guys! Yeah and I am completely happy for them but it does make me feel a little like why not me? I'm currently visiting a friend and her brand new 5 week old baby boy! It's actually kinda helped cos helping out with him and watching my dd at the same time is Sooooo hard lol so I'm just thinking I'm not utd yet for a reason and the extra time it's taking will be good for my dd to be a bit older and hopefully not so rowdy lol.

I haven't been taking any supplements but keen to hear some recommendations!
