to get accurate results you are supposed to temp at same time every day.

i did for first time today and it was 36.4, which i thought was a bit low BUT looking back at previous charts it's common for me to have a dip around middle of LP.
And also a dip can be a sign of implantation - hows that for a symptom spotter too!

i am suddenly feeling nauseous again - i have just eaten about 6 cruskits with vegemite, yum!

And everything stinks! DD dropped a nugget in her knickers this morning that almost had me spewing brekky up. And a sheep or cow truck just went past & it reeks!

Ooh I'd like to join this group. I'm Mel.

I have an appointment on Friday with an OB/GYN/ Fertility Specialist and will TTC #2 this cycle (maybe). I say maybe because it was the plan but I have been on antibiotics and pain killers with a really nasty ear infection the past 3 days which are CD 1-3. Not sure if I should TTC this cycle now. I don't want to pickle the environment in there. My issue and fears with TTC is not really the falling pregnant part, though I guess falling pregnant at 31 might be harder than at 27. I am more scared of miscarriage, high risk pregnancy and AND/PND so I am having a big check up and pre-pregnancy counseling with this specialist. I am pretty scared both of falling pregnant and not falling pregnant.

My DD is 3.5 now and has been begging to become a big sister for 18 months. She tells everyone I have a baby in my tummy, which has made for awkward conversations in our very small mining town. I would be grateful to join you girls and have share the support.

Welcome mel. Glow with your appointment

How awesome are newborn cuddles! Congrats to your friend.

Sorry to hear of the bfn may. Fx its just too early.

Im going to wait till thursday or friday to test. Af is due sometime between thursday and monday. My cycles, o date and lp have been inconsistent lately so not entirely sure cycles between 28 and 32 days. O on cd17 first 5 months ttc, but cd19 this cycle. Lp has been 11-13 days.

Bummer May But maybe it is just too early. Keep a little eye on your temps & let me know. I'm not an expert but I did chart for a year so I know a smidgy about it.

Welcome Mel I can totally appreciate your feeling of aprehension, it can be so worrying. I remember a friend saying, before i got utd, that the worries don't stop with just getting pg. So true! Are you from Bowen Basin, as in Bowen QLD? I packed tomatoes there back when I was young & silly
Good luck for your Friday appt.

Shadow - your cycles sound very similar to mine, except my LP is usually 13 or 14 days. My af is due sat-tues.. And my O has been day 17-20.
Gosh I wish things would just stay exact to not mess with our heads!
I think I will temp this week and text on Saturday if my temp is still up.
Sending you lots of & Shadow

Did pump this arvo, I hope I can walk tomorrow

May: Hope this next cycle is the one. Fx

I am living in the Bowen Basin; about 2 hours south west of Bowen and 2 hours west of Mackay. In a town of 1000ish. Bit of a change from the Gold Coast where we were from. Been here nearly 18 months. DH and I both work for the mine. I'm in an office though.
