Turkey breast schnitzel with almond, sourdough, herb crumb & coleslaw with my eggless, oil free 'mayo'. I found an organic butcher close to home recently & I'm loving it.

Cajun spiced lamb wraps with garlic yoghurt sauce, cucumber, cheese and tomato and a side of french fries.
I had exactly the same last night lol, but used chicken in the wraps and no fries. Love this simple and healthy meal!
