Crispy fried tofu, with eggplant, zucchini and silverbeet stir fry, and sesame chilli sauce.
Had to share a pic of my delicious green curry. I could eat it every day!
And the best part? It's low calorie!
Steamed veg and gravy. Was sooo yummy.
Sausages, pasta and salad. One of the kids' favourites!
We are going to DP's grandparents for dinner. Lasagne, potatoes and salad :-)
I may make a chocolate self saucing pudding for dessert
who knows. I seriously can't be bothered cooking tonight. The kids turn their noses up at everything anyway, so why bother.
I had a a nice lunch with DH, so might just do instant noodles or cheese on toast for the kids tonight. And I'll have some spinach and fetta.
