Default Does anyone have the steelcraft strider compact bassinet? After measurements

    Hi there,

i have one of these bassinets on layby and am wondering about the measurements? Trying to find a stand and extra sheets etc. I figure it can be the main bed until baby is big enough for a cot.

    thanks

The steelcraft/britax website should have measurements.

Nope done a search can't find anything. Only measurements are for pram. I might have to go into a shop and measure but hoping someone has one at home already.

Ah what a pita! I used the flat bassinet sheets or muslin wraps for a bottom sheet.

Wouldn't mind a stand but not essential.

Could you call a store to ask ( not that I'm one to discourage shopping )

Or a cheaper option is to get a soft cotton material and sew the edges, still essentially a flat sheet but a bit more to size and soo much cheaper

Hi Chances, did you have any luck with a stand. I am also considering getting a strider system including the bassinet and hopefully using it for a permanent sleeping arrangement if bub ends up coming early.

    Hey DJ Nette

We almost brought a stand but talked with a sales consultant at mother care and she strongly advised about using the pram bassinet for more than a few hours of sleeping!!
So we went back to the store we had our pram set on lay by and switched for a proper freestanding bassinet with roller wheels.
