    Default Symptom Spotting

How do you stop yourself from symptom spotting???

My period is now 3 days late (im around 17dpo, i think) and i am cramping a little (AF like cramps). Every time I get a headache, or my back hurts etc, I start thinking 'oh is that a sign'.

    It's driving me slowly insane

GBH i found the times i had everything going on i wasnt pregnant but the times i didnt have the symptoms i was pregnant. In saying that i find it difficult to ignore them too. I think its normal when you WANT to be pregnant and also knowing how many dpo you are doesnt help either. Best of Luck

I am terrible with symptom spotting! DH and I are TTC #2 and this is our third month of trying and I have googling every single twitch and cramp! I had to have an ultrasound last week for other reasons (possible endo) but was told that I had ovulated and know that we have been dtd around that time too so this month I'm even worse! I'm around 10dpo and so far have had sore boobs, lots of cramping and falling asleep at 7.30pm for the past three nights. Today my friend offered me some of her lunch - beef and I took one bite and wanted to throw up. Coinsidence maybe but i am really hoping for a BFP this month!! I did cave today and took a test but BFN . Still 4 more days until AF is due thought! Good luck to you Poida! Let us know how you get on!

hahaa you can not kid yourself and give in to it!

I know less people who are controlled and not test and not symptom spot (well don't admit to it) than people who do!

It is natural to wonder if every twinge and feeling is a utd feeling. Embrace the crazy!!!!

I don't feel remotely utd this month, my temps match the last few non utd months, I feel like I am getting af and I still felt the compulsion to test today lol. I still think the twinges yesterday could have been implantation when in reality it was my hot tom yum soup. and af coming. ahhhhhh oh to be sane
