Default Trying to conceive a specific gender?

I guess every expert has a different opinion, hard to decide who is right. I guess you do what you do & get a beautiful baby who you adore irrespective of their gender

I'll be happy with a healthy baby! But a baby girl would totally exceed my hopes and dreams

I think you can do things to possibly give one more of a chance than the other, but in the end there is no control over which sperm meets your egg first.

From all the research ive done you can tip the balance, but only just. So working for a girl you have a 53% chance of getting a girl.

Its called O+12 (ovulation plus 12hours). The theory is that the egg is down really low by then and as male sperm are faster, they get there first, but the females wouldnt be far behind, and when the female sperm gets there the female sperm is stronger so would get through the egg first.

Hopefully it works for you! FX!

If I DTD 5 & 3 days prior to O and then again 12 hrs after O I should be pretty well covered.

I think it might be a little difficult for me to pin point 12 hrs post O though.

I'm now using OPKs & BBT as I'm so keen!

We used the method of DTD 4 or so days before Ov then abstaining. I am pregnant with boy #3. So it didn't work for us.
