Haha I've been on 'parental leave' for 1 day and had already forgotten about my reminders in my email program (we use Lotus Notes). I would usually have 10-15 reminders set every day in addition to a hand-written to do list haha!!!

I have to always use my calender with reminders. Doesnt help with some things though like..rinse the shampoo from your hair before putting conditioner in and dirty clothes go in the washing machine not the drier!

Default Fatigue / baby brain OMG help!!

Took me five visits to the shops to remember I needed soap wash for the kids bathroom! Would just wander around aimlessly, thinking.. There is something I came here for... Then find something else and leave! And I had a list!
I've found sticky notes a life saver! My desk is starting to fill up with them!

Sorry no help here either. If it isn't in my calendar it isn't happening....

Don't ask me what I am doing at the weekend or who with. I will be driving somewhere and forget where I am going.

It is horrible as I had a good memory before....now the only thing I can remember is where my bed is.....

I've started calling people at work "you there" (very professional) because I cannot for the life of me recall names. I'm only 6 weeks, but have been taking fish oil the whole time. I have a colleague who is 12 weeks and told me she found her keys in the freezer last night, so I seem to be doing a little better than her, maybe because of the fish oil, but I find that sleep tends to help as well. I get home, flat out refuse to make dinner so DH has to make it instead, eat, sleep, wake up next day and repeat.

Not sure if this really helps, but the fish oil is definitely a good idea, it has loads of benefits from what I've been told.

My pharmacist suggested fish oil (coz i usually take gingko), might help me as well as being good for bub.
Have any of you tried it? Did it help at all?
By all accounts fish oil is the way to go! Do you mean you've stopped gingko now that you're UTD? I know most people avoid it during pregnancy as it is not recommended. Fish oil is a good replacement, also it's supposed to be good for your mood according to my therapist

My poor DH is finding me very amusing at the moment. I keep asking questions he has just told me the answer to and names are interchangeable.
We went camping with my friends and in total 4 kids and do you think I could get their names right lol. I'm 19 weeks today and I have just been told by everyone that it will never go away :-S

I don't know how you ladies can go to work. I would be scared about what
