Default Help - what car seat do you have?

Great thread. We decided to go for a safe n sound compaq even though we have a range rover with quite a spacious back seat. We liked the cover that you can reverse for summer. Do those that have them, think they are as comfy as a meridian or one with an AHR?

    Safe n sound for sure.

I had a meridian AHR with DD and it was amazing!!

I've since upgraded to the Maxi Ryder AHR.

    Both fantastic seats.

Looks like my fam will be getting some new car seats this year! I am thinking of buying my 19 month old a Ezylove Combo, which is suprisingly quite affordable and got the best overall results in the CREP testing this year. It is amazing how much the results have changed this year compared to previous years (where the maxi rider always tested well!)
The Babylove Ezy combo is a brilliant carseat, we put DD1 into this at 2yrs old as we needed the other for the baby, she loves it. Best thing was the price compared to the SnS, and they are made by the same company (Britax).

We have done the same - DD loves it and I love that it was cheaper and tested well

I'm so disgusted!!!! I have always spent top dollar buying "the best and safest" carseat. They hooked everyone in with fantastic safety then do this!! Still charging top dollar!!

When I went to buy DD booster I was looking at the ezylove and shop assistant told me the safety of my daughter depended on buying the maxi!! "They are the safest" and they used to be. Grrr

The luxi crown infa secure looks good. I might get that for this baby. FF is only 3 starts though were as RF and booster are 4. Argh I'm so confused now.

I'll be going the ahr Meridian.

Last year just before Christmas their sale price got down to $388 so I'm waiting, hoping they get to that price again.

The luxi crown rates higher than the ahr but in the shop demo.. The luxi seemed way more confusing and annoying to adjust

With the luxi I was told that they are not easy to install in a lot of cars as they are quite big and wide. They don't fit in nice and snug.
