    Default Child support

She had to decide to collect through child support. We went through this a few years back and wanted to just to preempt the inevitable problems. We believed she was happier not going through them so she could be dodgy and not declare how much she was getting in turn not effecting her centre link payments. Maybe if she doesn't want to just withhold her payments for a bit which would force her to go through CSA.

Yeah but then dsd might suffer. I'd love to be able to push her into it, but it's just not going to happen.

Im surprised that both parties can't ask for it to be collected.

I agree totally. Think that parents that don't have custody and are trying to do the right thing get the short straw. Definitely is an issue that needs addressing!

Im sorry but child support doesnt cover the cost of raising a child at all. Parenting doesnt stop when you split up, and neither do the costs
