I googled it lol I should never google things! I just read stuff about people having nightmares and being aggressive and other random things. Even though my doc only prescribed 12.5mg which is nothing I still was too nervous, eventually I started sleeping again so I didn't need it but I probably would've saved myself a lot of sleepless nights!

Can be, but there are always better alternatives if the current AD is already working... If it turns out that it isn't working then seroquel might. The standard seroquel never worked for me in any aspect, including the sleep side, whereas the XR works wonders. Can't wait for it to kick back in so I have some modicum of control over my emotions... Only been back on it 2 days...

i will be trying something natural first
There's always a million different alternatives. Your dr ay turn around and suggest it straight away, yet may not. I know I had to have permission to go on them for what it was originally being used to treat for me. Plus it's not cheap unless you have a HCC/Pension card. I hope you and your dr come up with something that works really well for you.

Hopefully you get some sleep tonight H&C. Tomorrow us another day Two steps forward and one step back. The lack of sleep won't help. When are you due to see the gp again?

I use to be on zoloft and remember my dr saying to either take it in the morning or at night.. Depending on if it was keeping you up at night..just can't remember which order it went in. maybe if your taking your tab in the morning try the evening and visa versa? Def check with the dr first though..i remember feeling great a few days after starting them too..they made me feel really angry and aggressive though so have switched and tried so many over the years. Hope your feeling right as rain again soon
