    Default Bedtime Routine

Will my LO ever go to bed at night without crying? I've been doing exactly the sand routine with her for the last 6mths but she often still cries for a good 10-20 mins before going to sleep. She sometimes has a grumble before her day sleeps but night time is awful.

    Default Bedtime Routine

What's her routine and bed times? Maybe she isn't tired yet or getting too much sleep during the day?

    Default Bedtime Routine

Knowing what her routine is would help considerably. But I stick to
    dinner, play 30mins, bath, bottle,bed.

You may not do bottle still but works here to induce the sleepiness. He is 15 months.

Does she wake during the night or does she just cry when actually put to bed? Maybe try putting her down 30 mins earlier than usual? How dark is it in her room? Maybe she cries at night and not for day sleeps as she can't see anything? I'm really just guessing here lol. Hope something helps as I can't imagine it being nice to cry oneself to sleep.

Try a lavender and chamomile bath before bed. You can also give her chamomile tea to her in a bottle, maybe mixed with breast milk.

My 16 month old often gets a bit upset at night lately. I've found that taking her into our bed for about 20 mins prior to bed for some cuddles n snuggy time really helps getting her ready for bed.

Is she getting too much day sleep? Kids are all different, but mine dropped her second day sleep around 9 or 10 months.

She wakes around 7, is up til 11, then sleeps until 1. Bedtime is 7-8pm and she sleeps thru. ( if we are lucky on weekends she will sleep til 8 or 8:30am, but if she hears dad early she sometimes wakes at 6.)
