    I am also 7dpo. My temp went from 36.75 to 36.95. I had nausea and hot flushes yesterday and some dull cramping today. Fx for us both!!

    My temp jumped from 36.7 to 36.9 just before i got my bfp this month.
    Then it dropped back down to 36.6 then af came.

    Its called a triphasic chart.

    The last one says you took it at a different time. If you adjust it (google when my baby basal body temp adjuster) the rise might not be as high.

    No it put that cause I marked that I disrupted sleep, my stupid cats woke me up at 6. Actually I did take it 25 mins early so it put my temp up to 37
