    Default Dr Phil

Just wanted to let everyone know dr phil is about attachment parenting today. It all seems very anti attachment parenting though!

I think Dr Phil is all about 'the children' feeling loved whilst also maintaining a strong relationship between the parents - ie date nights, spending one on one time together and I don't think he can possibly fit that ideal in with AP.

It'd be interesting to see if Mayim Bailik is brought up in the conversation. She has two children and is a strong advocate of AP, was asked when she appeared on 'The View' if it had any adverse effects on her relationship with her husband and she replied along the lines of 'No we're as strong as ever' but within 18 months or something they were divorced

I saw it. They had Dr. Jim Sears on it too. I felt the segment was very short and he wasn't given enough air time. It was definitely sensationalised.

That segment was very breastfeeding focused so I don't think it really addressed AP much at all!

No one but the AP guest and Dr Sears had any idea of what AP actually was. But that didn't stop them giving ignorant ill-informed opinions!!! I was shaking my fist at the Tv. Idiots!

Just watching the first 10 mins of it and its already annoying me. Wth is wrong with wearing your baby and responding to them when they need it.
