    Default Cycle tracking question

Hi girls, when tracking your cycle do you count day 1 of AF as the first sign of brownish discharge? Or do you count day 1 when proper flow starts? I sometimes have a day of light brown discharge (only when I wipe - sorry TMI). Then the next day a proper flow starts, what do you count as day one?

    Default Cycle tracking question

The fertility clinics say that it's only day 1 if it's proper red flow that starts before noon-ish. If it starts late in the day, the following day is day 1.

As PP said, count CD1 as the first day of red blood. If it starts in the evening I would count the next day as CD1.
