    Red face Contraception questions :)

Im due to have my implanon taken out in April and Im wondering on my options.
With this, I have bled mostly 3 weeks out of 4 but its never heavy and its always one day on one day off for 3 weeks. At home I dont even bother with a pad because it never even makes it to my knickers and is just a waste of money.

Im considering trying something else but wanted to know if I just put a new implanon in, will it change after? Go back to normal periods or no periods or will it just keep up the same routine?

Or would I be better at trying something different?

    Thanks for any advice!

    Default Contraception questions :)

Iv never had the inplanon, I got the mirena put in nearly 2 months ago and I stopped bleeding after a few weeks and it was l only ever really light. Although excruciatingly painful getting it put in I'm glad I did.

Is that the one they insert up your vagina? If so I wouldnt get that lol

But I was just reading about it and it says if you get infections easy its not good for you. Would that include UTI's or thrush? Im very prone to them so it wouldnt suit anyways.

Yh it is that one. I'm prone to thrush and I havnt had it since before getting it inserted. Although I take a women's multivitamin that takes care of that area.

Im just hoping if I get something different it might be better, OR ifI get the same thing again it wil be different too... Was HOPING to hear some more feedback from people who have gone back for a second round of the implanon...
