I actually saw a boy about 10 years old yesterday with NEK MINNIT on his t shirt!

I wonder if it's an accent thing? In Mexican Spanish it would be more Sal-sa with the "a" in Sal pronounced something like you would pronounce "a" in arrrchooooo (fake sneeze). Spanish Spanish and Mexican Spanish can be quite different.

Haha, that's the one thing I hear that I see the humour in. It's a saying in our house. Just last night, I went to sit on the esky outside....

    Nek Minit......

    I'm in the dirt!!

    Cracks me up

I had never heard this before, but it sounds like something stupid people would say. If I ever hear anyone say it, I think I'll want to punch them. It doesn't even sound funny!!! I just got used to people saying "totes" (totally) & "defs" (definitely)... which I don't really like either, but Nek Minnit is just dumb dumb duuummmbbb!!! Is it from a TV show or YouTube thing??? I hate it too. The only way it could possibly be funny is if it is from something where someone with a funny accent (or a little kid) said it...

    rant over (for now)

I say 'sul-sa' ... But then 'mi carso esta caliente' is about the extent of my Spanish vocabulary- which translates to 'my arm is hot'... So what would I know! Lol
