Default 2nd pregnancy and still feel clueless!

    Hello Ladies,
First time poster and new to the forum
I have an almost 3 year old boy and am currently 3 weeks pregnant. First pregnancy was unplanned but certainly not unwanted and we were traveling overseas at the time and didn't have a clue I was pregnant till I was 16 weeks! Thankfully all went well and we had a healthy baby!

This time hubby and I were trying and luckily not for very long! I had a positive pregnancy test when I was just 1 day late and confirmed with bloods which I got the results today
    I'm EDD 5/10/13 day before hubby's bday!

Thing is I feel like I did last time a bit lost with where to go and what to do next??? My GP is lovely but not very informative and she has just said to come back in 4 weeks to get all the routine bloods done. As I missed out on my last 1st trimester last time I feel totally at a loss! That and my last pregnancy seems like a lifetime ago! Lol
Thanks in advance for any advice x

Default 2nd pregnancy and still feel clueless!

Start again hi storm mumma, I felt the same way too. I'm 10 weeks pregnant and have a 27 month old ds. As I had a lot of ongoing spotting with ds, I had blood tests and two scans at week 5 and 6. As current pregnancy has been all good ( thank god) I wasn't sure when to get everything done. But that's sounds about right bloods with Gp from really any time and then extra bloods with OB at 10 weeks scan at 12 weeks. If you haven't already you should join the oct forum I'm sure you'd get a response much quicker. Good luck

Don't worry I'm on my 3rd bub and I'm still feeling clueless!!! One step at a time source a GP obstetrician in your area thy normally run out of normal medical centers and I've found mine to be great in that he has his own ultrasound machine too so no extra appoints at the radiology!
