    Default Relaxation music on YouTube

I was just given some great advice to relax and meditate as I am currently in the tww waiting to hear the outcome of our 4th ivf cycle.

I am so glad I finally took the time to do this. I put the fan on gently in my room, dimmed the blinds and searched for some relaxation songs on YouTube on my iPhone. It took me a few goes to find something I liked but I found this one calming and I ended up falling asleep for a few minutes. I laid flat on my back and rested my hands on my tummy.

So I just wanted to share this idea for anyone really, if you are ttc and feeling stressed and need something positive to occupy your time in your tww. Or even for anyone that is pregnant and stressed and want a relaxing idea for mum and bub...

And if anyone else has done the same and found some great clips on YouTube please share your links

There is also an app called Pandora. It is free & you can make radio channels based on a particular song or genre. It's my go to for music at the moment
