    Not cool at all

All I can suggest is that others do as I have done, and ask BH why...

I haven't received an answer yet.

I'm only just getting to a point in life where I feel comfortable about celebrating bottlefeeding, due to the stigma attached I've alwaysheld back when people rave about their special moments of breast feeding, feeling I couldn't share in thehappiness of my feeding method.

    It's
disappointing to see a forum that says they support mothers do this.

I love that my daughter is alive, healthy and smart thanks to bottlefeeding!

I hate to think what may have happened had I pressed on in my desperate attempt to BF her. I produced no colostrum and no milk. Without formula she would have died.

Instead, I have a super healthy little girl who is really strong and hardly ever gets sick (touch wood) and is also super smart - when she finished prep she was reading books from grade 2

It's funny, I was just thinking today how, almost 6 years ago, we asked for a celebrate bottlefeeding section, and were pretty much told no, there's nothing to celebrate. I was pleased to see the attitude had changed - but maybe not?

Thanks Girl X. Not very nice but perhaps there is some sort of explanation.

Dh and ds could be more involved feeding bub.
It was more convenient. I would make up the daily bottles in the morning and pop them in the fridge.
It was less messy eg; no leaks and embarrassment.
I knew exactly how much milk bubs was getting when bottle fed.

Bottlefeed in to protest the name change, I say!! (or is bottlefeeding to offensive and unclassy, hmmm?)

Anyway I'm trespassing in here so I'll just say I am totes jealous of all your reasons to celebrate.
