    Default Fried rice flavouring?

What do you add to make it tasty? I usually do bacon, garlic, onion, chicken + veg + soy sauce, and a scrambled egg.

    Just wondering what others do

    You must use sesame oil!
And I add Chinese cooking wine ( Shao Hsing wine) , ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, shallots, peas, carrots and egg

Soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, shallots, peas/corn/carrot mix, scrambled eggs, bacon, salt & pepper
I also add chicken breast if I have it as a meal rather than a side.

I cook a massive batch of fried rice atleast once a week, dd & I love it!
