I came across a microwave cookie in a mug recipe yesterday. If anyone wants it, I'll try and put it up.

    Default Microwave Mug Cake Recipe

Hehehe... Once I'd bathed and put the boys to bed, I lost all motivation, so I still haven't made it yet... And now master chef is on... But I will def try it later this week!

And thanks for the tip, Katie's mum

The one I do is similar, but even less ingredients and faster! I got it from BH last year....

    4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar (can use less)
    2 tablespoons cocoa
    2 tablespoons oil
    2 tablespoons water or milk
    Choc bits if preferred

Mix and cook for 60secs if wanting it still moist and 'gooey'. A little longer if prefer more cooked. Yummy!

Here it is! I haven't tried it myself because I've just whacked a big slab of choc slice in the oven to take to my friend and her newborn tomorrow. Can't wait to try this though:

Chocolate Chip Cookie in a Cup
created by Melissa at No. 2 Pencil

    1 Tablespoon Butter
    1 Tablespoon Granulated White Sugar
1 Tablespoon of firmly packed Dark Brown Sugar
    3 Drops of Vanilla Extract
    Small Pinch of Kosher Salt
1 Egg Yolk (discard the egg white)
Scant 1/4 of All Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons of Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Start by melting your butter in the microwave. Add sugars, vanilla and salt. Stir to combine. Separate your egg and add the yolk only to your cup. Stir to combine. Add flour, then stir again. Add the chocolate chips, and give a final stir. Cook in microwave 40-60 seconds, start checking for doneness at 40 seconds. Mine takes 50 seconds.

    Serve warm.

There's also a peanut butter cookie in a cup and a nutella cookie in a cup...DROOOL.....
