River - I go every Sunday morning/early arvo and try to go Monday evenings as most other days clash with other plans. I'll be going tonight though.

Haven't been able to weigh myself gain yet but I'll be buying some scales next time I'm at the shops! My mum came over for a visit this morning though and said that I've lost a lot of weight after not seeing me for a week and she's brutally honest so it was nice to hear

    Congrats on the weightloss Tormy

Hokey I'd probably cut back on one of the shakes as well and see how you go. Just pump yourself up with water in between lol. I'm drinking around 5-6 litres a day and its been keeping me fuller between shakes.
Isn't it great when other people notice

The best it's been a huge motivator!

Have you sussed out the my fitness pal app yet? I'm on a 1200 daily calorie intake (I don't consume anywhere near that though) and I put every thing I eat and do daily so I *should* still lose weight just by consuming less calories than that daily. It really does help a lot.
