the 1000 steps are awesome...scary awesome. I have done them twice but want to do it more regularly....hope you have a good run! I always make DH carry DD though...not ready for any extra weight to carry lol

Hokey - the 1000 steps are literally....1000 steps lol It is in a national park at the bottom of the dandenong ranges in Melbourne. You go up the side of the mountain It is hugely popular here and is always very very busy. Some people do it 3 or 4 times in a row...i think they are crazy.

Had a few naughties too like a cold milo before bed. Maybe I need to cut that habit.. doesn't seem to affect DH though - so jealous!

    Default Shakers Support Thread

Haha Hokey I wouldn't all them fun! I feel amazing once I've been up and down but I ALWAYS get 3/4 of the way up and feel like crying and swear it will be the last time I do it lol.

River - I go every Sunday morning/early arvo and try to go Monday evenings as most other days clash with other plans. I'll be going tonight though.

Haven't been able to weigh myself gain yet but I'll be buying some scales next time I'm at the shops! My mum came over for a visit this morning though and said that I've lost a lot of weight after not seeing me for a week and she's brutally honest so it was nice to hear

    Congrats on the weightloss Tormy

Hokey I'd probably cut back on one of the shakes as well and see how you go. Just pump yourself up with water in between lol. I'm drinking around 5-6 litres a day and its been keeping me fuller between shakes.
