So I had a vanilla Optislim shake for breakky and added a large shot of hazelnut nespresso! Was delish and I'm really full as with the added coffee and ice it brought the liquid amount up to around 400mls!

Dinner at the inlaws tonight which is always a feast and they always try to stuff me until I pop so I've told DP he needs to stick up for me when I say no and he has already just asked his mum to make me a big green salad then a 1st birthday party tomorrow.. Eek hopefully I don't blow it lol.
Or something really smelly, like a cabbage!

    How is everyone going today?

I didn't get to go for my walk, as it rained all day today. Not sure if I will get time this evening, our nights are busy with dinner, baths, baby etc..

Will you have one shake or two? I don't know if I could sleep on just one shake!?

    Default Shakers Support Thread

So I weighed in yesterday and have been very good since better pick it up this week!

Rlpreston : Start weight: 81.9kilos. Goal weight: 60 kilos. Weight Loss to Date: 3.1kgs. Shake brand: Optifast.

End of week 2 I'm still happy with this. Even though I expected and was hoping for more, I did have two full days of 'cheating' so not terrible really.

Hope everyone else is feeling motivated too. My sister and I went shopping yesterday for some new work out gear. I got bright colours so I go faster hehe

    Thank you

Don't be too hard on yourself. Your body is probably just gearing up! I'm trying not to be down about only losing .6 kg this week. I've decided to make myself feel better by running on the treadmill. I'm going to reward myself with even more weight loss hehe
