    I've been a bit of a yoyo dieter, shakes have worked wonders, as had Duromine at one stage (but I have unmediated ADD so it was more like medication!).
    I'm a single mummy (50/50 care) and a FT student as well! So fingers crossed, I can manage this too!

    It's so good to see the weight being lost, so proud of all of you! Its a big and hard journey weightloss, but it's gonna be worth it! Hopefully next summer were all taking photos of our hot bodies hehe

    Haha you're hilarious Hokey - I can picture you whacking someone with a parsnip or some other veg that nobody likes!

    So I had a vanilla Optislim shake for breakky and added a large shot of hazelnut nespresso! Was delish and I'm really full as with the added coffee and ice it brought the liquid amount up to around 400mls!

    Dinner at the inlaws tonight which is always a feast and they always try to stuff me until I pop so I've told DP he needs to stick up for me when I say no and he has already just asked his mum to make me a big green salad then a 1st birthday party tomorrow.. Eek hopefully I don't blow it lol.
