    Default Shakers Support Thread

    Okay so I got the worlds faintest BFP this morning :O (and I mean faint, like the faintest in the history of all faint lines)

    So I ate a salad for lunch and fish and veg for dinner.

    I will wait until I know for sure before I restart on the shakes (or don't perhaps).

    I will still keep up with the exercise in the mean time. as i see it, it is of no benefit to be so overweight while pg. I had GD last pg and would love to avoid that if this one sticks

    We had decided after a chem last cycle to wait until I was a bit healthier anyway! Test this morning was neg and spotting so not sticky again.

    Currentweight 57.2kg
    Goal:55kg
    Weightloss:2.7kg (It went up this morning! Recent mc - trying to get back into clothes and eat better again)
