    I avoid having them in front of other people...just cause I don't want that reaction!

    Can you get some of the bars to use at work? Then just go for a walk around the block and eat it and if anyone asks just say you ate while you were out?

    Or, make them in private and just pretend it is a coffee?

    I hate other people lol

    You are all doing so well. I had a 600g gain on Monday when I weighed in. But considering how badly I ate over the weekend I'm not surprised. But I got my new supply of smoothie mix yesterday so its time to get strict for me. Although I didn't get off to a great start this morning when the blender broke and I had smoothie everywhere. But I've bought a new one so no excuses. Plus I went for a 4.1km walk this morning.

    People like to comment on my diet. I do have a really bad diet though. I'm a chocoholic and don't eat vegies/salad and not much fruit. Until these smoothies anyway. I'm use to it though.

    Just wondering how much your paying for your shakes? So many to pick from. I have about half a tub left from August last year but I'm not sure if should use it or not.

    CS Rapid Big W is cheapest around $33 a tub. $36/37 at Coles or Priceline but Priceline time to time have it on sale for buy two get one free or 2 for $60.00.

    The Fat Blaster is only around $14 a tub.

    I got mine from Chemist Warehouse....Optislim 2 boxes for $50...that is 2 weeks worth.

    I am tempted to try the other one "opti" one as they have it on special for $45 a box (1 weeks worth) in my local chemist. But, it is a big price jump and I am not sure I want to pay that much ... and if I really like it, I would get stuck paying too much lol
