Managed to do the steps again last night and today is my 2 weeks from starting this shake diet so I must get out to weigh myself sometime today!

How long does everyone plan to stick to their shake diets? I was thinking 2 weeks first and then slowing wean myself from it but I'm doing and feeling great on it so I'm thinking I'll do another 2 weeks and reassess.

Thanks Hokey I was thinking if I did it strictly for another 2 weeks then I could slowly cut out the shakes and lose the last few kilos on my own... Haha the more I think about it the more I think my plan won't work lol.

How are you going so far today?

    Your welcome!

I think it all depends on how much weight you have to lose, what works for you. It may very well work for you doing it that way

I am now going to do Rapid CS as it says on the bottle. No snacks in between. I have woken up very motivated to do this!

    Great to hear Hokey!

Loco - how old is bub? 30kgs is a huge amount of weight to lose so well done! How tall are you if you don't mind me asking. I'm 154cms and would literally kill to be 58 lol.

So I weighed in just now and I'm smack bang on 70kgs which makes it a total loss of 4kgs in 14 days very happy with that
