Question Clinic recommendations from Perth ladies...?

    Hi all,

my DH and I have been going to Hollywood for over two years now, and in that time we have done 4 stimulated cycles. We are really frustrated by what we perceive as a lack of interest in our case and think that the time has come to move to another clinic.

I'll be 38 this year, and my DH (who is 51) now has sperm antibodies due to a vasectomy reversal last february, but aside from my age and his antibodies, we would seem to be "in good working order" . We have successfully conceived a child (naturally after his first reversal), and she is now 3 1/2, but unfortunately we have had no success with IVF so far...although no one seems to be able to offer any reasons or suggestions.

if anyone can recommend any particular clinic/specialist in Perth that they have had success with, I'd really appreciate it!

    thankyou soooo much

Pivet are really good and have been around for a long time too. My cousins were conceived with Pivet around 27 years ago (gosh if it was even longer ago I'm getting really old!) Also have a friend who went there and successfully carried first go. A sibling as well, though she was unsuccessful, due to organised uterine wall repair op that they organised she is carrying naturally.

Pilbara my advice is to go to Fertility Specialist WA and try and get in with Professor Hart. Excellent clinic in all ways and very knowlegage specialist.

Pilbara I haven't had success yet but am also using fertility specialists WA and have been happy in all aspects of their service.

Fertility WA? Strangely, I don't think I've even heard of them...heading straight to google Thank you all for the recommendations. I'll look into Dr love and Dr hart for sure! ...encouraging name combination too!

summershine - I'm so pleased to see you've been successful.

fortyplusmum and misiu- ...may we all be as successful soon!

I think fertility wa is the same as fertility specialists wa. dr Hart and Dr Love both work from here. I also though it was an encouraging combination of names but unfortunately it didn't impact the result when one did retrieval and for the same cycle one did the transfer. The clinic is based at Bethesda hospital in Claremont
