I'm not, but I have tried a few of their shakes/bars for when I did a pre-operative diet... and I'll say I really like their choc-mint shake and their breakfast bar (that's like apricot flavour or something, with a little yoghurt drizzle). Really yum for weight loss bars and shakes!

    Good luck!

Not at the moment but I have used it as a kick start to eating better and controlling my portion sizes.

Yep I have. Lost quite a bit of weight using them (10kg ish) and having one meal in the evening. Good choice of flavours. The best ones are vanilla, strawberry and caramel. The bars are ok tasting too, quite dense and filling.

You can make them up with no-fat milk. Only adds about 100 calories and a lot more filling. May stop you from falling off the wagon snacking.

When I did it In 2006 i went from 60kg to 45 using celebrity slim and another one (comes in a round tub from the supermarket can't remember the name). Kept it off for about 4 yrs.

I'm now up to 75 kg and doing Optislim. Need to lose 25kg. Done it for 9 days and lost half a kilo so far, but I'm not doing much exercise other than Friday when I walked round the city for 5 hrs shopping. And I eat other stuff too. I could be more strict with it.

Good luck. U can do it!

    Short!
157cm or almost 5"2. My bmi is 31 now. Not good.

I was 64kg at Xmas 2011 but rapidly put on weight due to a couple of medications I took early 2012. I put on 8kg in 3 weeks! And then a bit more. I've since lost a bit but have been hovering around 75kg for months. Gotta get rid if it. When I was down to 45kg I was a size 6, I'm now a size 16.

i've started celebrity slim a few days ago! I want to lose about 10 kgs. so far i like the vanilla, strawberry and mostly the chocolate shake. have lost 2 kg's. but i haven't been super strict with it either,.. so tomorrow i'm back on the bandwagon. i'm 1.75 and 76.6 at the moment.

i hope this stuff really works. i'd be peeved if it doesn't really. lol.
