Default Buying pram/stroller from the US ?

I am interested in the Baby Jogger City Versa. $749 here in Aus but only $399 in the US. Anyone had experience with buying baby goods from the US, which stores did you use, where you happy etc?

I haven't purchased a pram but would probably look into it.

I've purchased many things from USA and every time has been great.

Which site were you looking at?

    Is the postage reasonable??

A lot of people do it, the only thing that stops some is that you will have no warranty in AUS.

So far I am looking at this retailer https://www.babyontherun.com/ They have quoted me $140 USD for shipping. The warranty and resale is not a worry to me. Saving over $200 means more. Just wanting to know reliable retailers and experiences with them.

I just used that company and bought a baby jogger city mini. It's $400 here in Aus but got it for $250 (Aus dollars) including postage. It arrived in 6 days!!! Not business days, just 6 days and the pram is so brilliant. I love it, highly recommend buying from them ;-)

I bought my Baby Jogger City Mini through Amazon directly.

I'm very happy with the purchase, it was easy and my item arrived perfectly and promptly.

Bought my baby city jogger elite through Toys r us US for $399 postage was $140 and we got most of the accessories too. total spent was $600. The elite retails here for over $700 so was very very happy with what we got. Arrived in 2 weeks, and this was right before Christmas so was very very impressed.

    Couldn't be happier.

I got my city mini double from amazon for $485 inc postage when it was going for up to $900 here. It arrived so quickly and it does have a red brake.
