I was just setting up my meal plan for this week and was wondering what others had planned. Thought it would give some great ideas as I always struggle to think of something different. My meals are all gluten free as dd has coeliac disease but they are all 'regular' meals just adapted to be gluten free
This is my plan for the week:
Bolognaise sauce with polenta fingers
Stirfry chicken with vegetables and egg with steamed rice
Grilled pork sirloin with cheesy vegetable bake
Asian chicken noodle soup
Gluten free pizzas with roast potato and pumpkin, ham, capsicum, olives, baby spinach and cheese
Roast chicken drumsticks with roast potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, carrots, onions and gravy
Moroccan lemon chicken with zucchini and rice.
