Thanks, it wasn't bad for reheated fish patties. Dinner was almost the same, dory fillets, salad with quinoa and chia seeds. Probably could have passed on the mayo...

Keeps me motivated posting pics. So you know if I don't post I'm eating crap!

Well this is the first time I've had Internet access in days ... The floods wiped put my phone coverage!

I've been great - except sat night ... Eekkk!!! Let's just say I started with beers and ended with a Wendy's cheesedog at 2am :/ I'm yet to weigh myself!!!

Shall get back into the swing of it and catch up on what I've missed.

Yummo!!! I've got no access to fresh fruit/veg/meat/milk at the moment so I'm getting creative with what I have in my freezer/fridge already... Not sure how long it will be before we get any deliveries either. My boys have just finished the last of the long life milk I bought so tomorrow they are starting on powdered milk. Anyhoo these are a few things I've made.

    Prawn stir fry

Rolled spelt grain with grapes, natural Greek yoghurt and cinnamon

Tonight I had pork with frozen veg ... Including broad beans and that's all that's left at the shops!!!
