Wow, girls, your before and after photos are incredible. What an amazing achievement.
I am weighing each morning and today I was 67.6 so heading down slowly. I am also doing a 1.5km interval program on the treadmill once a day. It is getting easier but I still have to push myself. Ahhh, the mental element is the toughest!
I have been inspired by the meals and drinks you have posted.
Does anyone know if there is a machine that blends, juices and makes smoothies? Or do I need a separate juicer to do fruit and veg drinks.
Well, only a few more days of hols and DH will be heading back to work, so I hope I can keep up the exercise as well as organise the 3 children and so on.
I have a wedding on 9 Feb so would like to drop a bit more before then
Ok haven't had a great day today... Ive been grazing all day! I think the green smoothies for lunch the 2 days before actually stopped me grazing!
It hasn't been bad food but just constantly eating..

Going to yoga tonight and might have scrambled eggs for tea.

I got slack last year- and after reaching 61kgs down from 110kgs- I'm now back at 68. I really want to get to 52kgs (the weight I was when I met DH)...
So yeah. I'll try and stay motivated with you lot.

Thanks for all the tips for the smoothies ... I got some spinach, berries and other goodies today. So wish me luck ha ha
Did a Zumba class today holy moly this excess weight gives me a run for my money, even more motivation to make this work!

I had the smoothie for breakfast today. Yum!! Lunch was a salad and dinner was steak and salad. I also went to the gym and burned 679 calories in an rpm class. Woohoooo!
Confession......I just had a chocolate paddle pop but i dont regret one bite! Lol
