Default Hospital gift hamper for new mum...

Nuts! I used to have a bowl of nuts next to my 'feeding station' for the first few weeks as I was always starving

Chocolate, trashy mags, nipple cream, good quality maternity pads, tissues.

That's all I can think of right now.

Some nice but, light scented body wash and body cream. It was the best thing anyone got just for me...only because I had a vomiting baby and stank like sour milk...

some nice coffee if she drinks it (you can get the tea bag type ones) to use when in the hospital. Or even nice tea, better than hospital supplied.
Moisturiser, lip balm, lansinoh, water bottle all great ideas.
A nice deodarant spray or moisturiser. I hated always smelling like milk

Foooooood!!!! I was so so so hungry, they dont feed you anything but a little pack of biscuits from 7pm to 7am. I was up about 6 times between then and i was breastfeeding so I was really really hungry.

Best ever present I received was a basket of fruit.

Savoury snacks, like dippity bix or savoury shapes would be great and I second the water bottle. Hand sanitiser, maternity pads and a sachet for a soothing face mask. You are a great sister - very thoughtful ideas.
