I'm a shocker for this one. When I told my mum when I was due for this bub she said "Another one? What happens in July that you keep ending up due in April?".
My response? "It's cold weather. What else do you do when it's cold? You go to bed and get warm!". She was mortified. Sorry mother dearest, but you asked .

As for stupid things OTHER people say, well both my mum and my grandmother on finding out that this bub is another boy just gave a really disappointed "Oh... *pregnant pause* That's a shame!.
Wow. Thanks so much ladies .

And I didn't want any of them either....I just sat there and thought even If i was gonna give u anything I'm not now cos u are so friggin rude..I love my mate by she is such a cheapskate......

DS2 was born with very orange hair (from 3 generations back on one side and 2 on the other, so he is the only redhead in the family for 50yrs) . Im constantly getting the "is he the mailman/milkman/neighbours kid?" and the "did you jump the fence?" comments. Yeah, thanks for insinuating that i cheated on my finance.

ETA: When i was pregnant with DS1 (at 21yo) i was at a new years eve party, a guy said to me "Oh i bet you miss drinking tonight", I replied "No not really, i wasnt a big drinker anyway" he then said "Then how did you get pregnant?"

I was lucky enough to have a baby around the same time as Heidi Klum. My nan made plenty of comment about the shape she was in (and I wasn't!)

I can't stop laughing I have a few from when I was pregnant with dd. While 41 weeks pregnant and over it holding my 18 month old nephew - random friends mum " oh has she had the baby"? (is she fairdinkum). Also while 41 weeks pregnant and over it, random distant relative of dh " oh you don't look anywhere near due and ready to go into labour are you sure your dates are right "? (cos she is a dr with X-ray vision). And in third trimester relative looks at pregnant tummy "oh your having a boy" (me thinkin um no wrong it's a girl")
