    Default Ectopic pregnancy with IVF?

    Hi girls,

Wondering if anyone can help me. I had a 2 x day 2 transfer 9 days ago and have been having sharp stabbing pains near my right ovary for a few days now. It seems to be getting worse ๐Ÿ˜’

I can't really test yet as I had pregnyl on Tuesday night so think it would still be in my system.

Is it possible the embryo/s has lodged itself in my Fallopian tube or am I being stupid?

    Thanks!

No not being stupid, you worry about every single niggle and pain!

I had a similar pain on my left side and it turned out that from all the medication my ovary had swollen up to the size of an orange when it should be the size if a walnut. Though this was at 5wks. I'm not sure about the pain so close to et.

Call your clinic if your unsure and don't worry about bothering them like I did.

    Good luck!

Thanks Nala. Probably should call the clinic but have no faith in the nurses.

I was on a large amount of Gonal F (600 units) so it is possible but I don't have PCOS.

Given its the weekend coming up maybe I should call them. *Sigh* I wish they weren't so useless!

No the pain subsided the next day so must have been just sore form EPU. It was a BFN so not ectopic either

    Thanks for asking
