Default First tooth - how much?

The reason I'm giving her $20 is so she can go buy something she wants, new toy, outfit, art stuff
$5 won't really get her much but that's all her other teeth will be worth I will do the same for the other children as well

Cute! DDs too young but I would say $2 I think. I remember getting 50c but you could buy a lot of lollies for that in the 80s lol!

Mine got whatever I could find in my purse. Sometimes notes, sometimes coins. A couple of times the tooth fairy forgot to come!

Dd got $5 for first tooth and $2-$3 after that. I've been printing if certificates and the tooth fairy leaves special fairy glitter she makes a mess :-0

When I was little I always put the tooth in a glass of water (no idea/can't remember why)... We would then run out in the morning to anywhere from 50c to $2 i just don't see how a note($) fits into this equation! Lol

I got 20c per tooth. It was a loooooong time ago.

My kids are so excited to lose their teeth the amount is almost inconsequential. Probably just a gold coin, maybe a few for the first (poor DD1 who is nearly 7 and a half has still to lose a tooth).
