Made a potato bake last night, something I've done on several occasions. The sauce was delicious and I was happy with that (made from scratch).
But, the potatoes tasted powdery?
The only thing I can guess is that I purchased the wrong potatoes.
So what potatoes do you use for a potato bake?
I've never picked a certain variety, just what ever is there and this is the first time I've had this issue.
