    I want to make this for DD (or a variation with the veg we have in the garden at the moment) - can I freeze it do you think?

    I don't see why not. I cook and freeze my quiche/zuchini slice which isn't much different to that recipe

    Sure can. I have a similar recipe that I freeze for lunch boxes and it works really well.

    Thanks! It looks really nice and smells yummy. It'll be DDs dinner tonight, I'm so behind with shopping and cooking! Thank goodness for the veggie patch!

    Its say in the recipes notes to wrap in foil. Can freeze for 2 mnths
