    Default best obstetricians in Canberra

    Hi there

Hoping to get some recommendations for good obstetricians in Canberra. My GP has suggested Dr David O'Rourke or Dr Rebecca McCormack but i've also heard good things about Dr Ruba. Dr Huda Yunis is planning to be on leave during the month i'm due unfortunately.

Recommendations and experiences please! Need to book soon or i might miss out.

    thanks

Hi Kitty, have you any feedback yet? Have you managed to book somewhere? I'm in the same boat and was also looking at Dr Younis. I'm supposedly due mid oct and when I rang the receptionist said that was fine. When is she planning to be on leave? I've heard a lot of good things about her. BTW, I assume you are going private, do you have any ideas on private versus public? I'm possibly needing an obs (age and prior health condition) but the options are SO overwhelming! Hopefully we can share some ideas??

    Default Obs in Canberra

Hi! Congrats on securing Huda as your Ob. I've also heard good things about her. Do you know if she delivers babies at calvary, or only JJ? best of luck!
