    My stays have been different each time #1 (emer) 5 days, #2 (elec) 3 days, #3 (elec) 6 days. My 3rd would have been a shorter time stay if he didn't had bad jaundice, he had to go under lights otherwise we could have gone home sooner.

    With ds1 I was there for 3 days but had that midwife program thing for 2 days after until they took the staples out, ds2 I was in for 5

    3 nights they asked me if I wanted to go home after 2 but I asked to stay this time ill be outta there ASAP to get home to my dd

    Default How many days did you stay in hospital after your elective?

    4 nights. I was more than happy to stay that long. Gave me time to heal a bit and get breast feeding established before going home to my toddler.
