    Default On and off crying

So DS is 15 months and since about 4 this afternoon he has been screaming and crying for no reason on and off.... He has been seen by the after hours doctor but the doctor only listened to his chest and took his temp?!? He has no temperature so I don't know what is going on. He will cry and scream until I settle him and then he will sleep for an hour maybe an hour and a half and then scream again
What do I do?!? I have just given him some nurofen and hopefully if its pain it will stop it! But I still concerned, it certainly isn't like him to be like this! Please help

So his ears weren't checked? I know my DS was like that when he was getting an ear infection even before he had a temp. Did the doctor ask you to keep an eye out for anything? Poor munchkin, I hope he gets some sleep

    Nope nothing
I hope that's not what it is, I think the nurofen has started working thought because he put himself back to sleep. I just hope he doesn't get upset during the night

    Poor bubba!!!

We have had a restless start to the night too, nurofen has been issued too. Do you think it could be teething?

I was also going to suggest teething, maybe molars if they havent come through yet?

Yes maybe the dreaded molars! We are heading into that territory too, so I sympathise.

I hate when the doctor doesn't do the whole, throat and ears check. They just send you on your way with "no it's fine" or "it's viral, nurofen and Panadol" .

His molars are through well and truly already I wish it was teething... The nurofen must have helped but I will be keeping light tonight I think toile sure he doesn't scream the place down. I will be going to see the doctor in the morning to check his ears and throat. Thanks ladies!!
