Mine isnt quite as low as that but here are a few things i do to save a few $$
Write a meal plan
Get my fruit and veg from the markets
Get my meat from butchers
Get my chicken from Leonards
Get all cleaning products etc from Crazy clarks or dollars and sense (you know the shops)
I pick one thing a week to buy in bulk and portion up and freeze (I.E, if bacon is on special get 2kg and vac suck them in 500g portions, if cheese is on special i buy a huge block. Etc Etc
It means a bit of running around but it saves me a fair bit of money.
Also, so i dont waste the fruit and veg i buy, i cut everything up and put them in plastic containers in the fridge for the week. It means that when i am too stuffed to make a salad or fruit bowls etc i have no excuse.
Around $150 a week for DH, DD (21months) and myself. I can get it to $100 by buying store brand and not many extras, however we dont/won't scrimp on meat or fruit & veg.
Me and fiancé spend about $180 a week and we eat mostly fruit veg and trim meats. Fiancé takes the odd treat to work as he's a tradie and claims he needs the energy - we also buy once a week too.. This is my cheat meal
About $200 to $250 a fortnight (including meat nappies fruit veges) that's for 2 adults a 9 year old 3 year old and a 1 year old plus 2 dogs and 2 cats.we shop at coles and get meat from butchers sometimes coles and fruit from our local fruit shop.

We do a fortnightly shop. It's somewhere between $290-$320 per fortnight. There are 4 of us. Both the kids are still in Nappies and DS2 has formula.
Well, we just spent $180 for the fortnight but that does not include all our veg, and 50% of our meat is home grown/butchered. We eat out of the garden a lot at this time of year, too.
The veg, grains (flour) and tinned stuff is organic, the meat isn't.
We do b/feed and use cloth nappies which saves.
So I would estimate around $250 p/fortnight ($125 p/week) but we supplement with home grown produce.

I spend about $130-$150 a fortnight for myself and two boys.
We eat a mixture of meat and veggies, sometimes a pasta dish. I spend $10 once a fortnight on fish and chips for a treat. I can make a tuna mornay to serve four with leftovers and that costs about $3-$4 to make.
I eat left overs for lunch usually or a sandwich. The kids get muffins and biscuits or fruit for snacks.
I think I'll get my fruit & veg at the markets & my meat in the butchers & see if there's any difference..it will mean more running around but I'll give it a go..our shopping on mon cost 180 but if I could get it to 120-150 each week I'd be happy..
Last year we had two in nappies. Family of 5. Husband is trim and healthy but larger appetite. I have an insulin resistance so can't live on stacks of high carbs, so lots of veg and lean protein in most meals. Averaged at $250/week (I keep records) includes cleaning products. We buy yoghurt over ice creams and only a few bad snack foods a week. We were buying deli meats across the week to have with lunch and found that we had to cut down as it was costing an extra $15 - $20 a week.
