    With the mexican one, you don't need to add sour cream (I don't, but dh does) it's a dollop on the top once the potato is cooked and other toppings added.

    Before baking the potato I wet and sprinkle with herbs and fresh garlic. Yum yum!

    Them its butter, cheese and sour cream.
