Default Rash behind ears on my 9mth old

Does anyone know what this might be? It's a little itchy for her, poor thing. It's been very hot here today, I initially thought it was heat rash but it got worse. Theres also a few pimply sort of dots going around her neck, just not showing up in photo.

    She seems ok otherwise.

She also ate some fresh mango for 2nd time today. So it could be an allergy to that perhaps?? But nothing coming up around mouth.

If it gets worse tomorrow ill take her to docs.

No idea but I'd take her to the dr to get checked.

Default Rash behind ears on my 9mth old

Looks to read for heat? Is is just one side? Poor little mite - I think drs is a good idea. Dd got these massive welts of a rash when she was 1 I freaked cos they were really dark and took her to emergency. Still to this day no one can tell me what it was and she has never had it again so hopefully it's nothing but it can't hurt to her it checked. Is there a temp?

Well it's improved today. No temp. Still itching but the red has gone down & just got scratchy bits where she has scratched the skin.
