How short is your cycle? I use to be one to have really long cycles of 35 days but ever since coming off the pill due to headaches my cycles are now 19 days! Anyone else experience this?

I dont have short cycles. But how many days of red are there? Does it start with a few days of brown first?

Thanks for your reply, although I have been off the pill for 5 months now and every cycle has been getting shorter
